Sound Test is dedicated to meeting your sound insulation testing requirements. We offer a UK-wide testing and acoustic design service.

This site is a collaboration between Edinburgh Napier University’s acoustic research and consulting units: Robin Mackenzie Partnership the Building Performance Centre. The Centres were selected by the House Builders Federation to project manage the Robust Standard Details project.

Over 40 years in the market RMP have developed a wide range of expertise in building acoustics, environmental noise and vibration assessments, air tightness testing and thermal imaging. This know-how allows us to provide our client with a ‘one-stop’ consultancy service and simplify the design and completion phases of a project. Sound Test provides all the information that house builders, developers or architects will require to organise and prepare for sound insulation testing.

All our testers are accredited by the Association of Noise Consultants.
